Can someone please tell me how I could achieve this hairstyle at home? http://hairbygia.com/images/Lindsay%20034.jpg

I really like it, but I'm on a tight budget, so a few friends and I are getting together to do each other's hair.

Just to add on to the previous post: I have straight, shoulder-length hair. I'm not really good at curling or anything. Please help!

i am a hair dresser and this will be hard for u to acive at home its somthing that somone else needs to do. sorry why dnt you try going a college where people training can acive it for you. it will cost very little.

I think you should just get your hair in shirely temple curls and then pin it up [/b]

You should curl your hair, but not using the original way to curl it. Take the curling iron(1/2 inch works best) and then open the clamp, wrap your hair around the circular part and then close the clamp. Do that to all of your hair(but make sure to leave the roots(about 3 inches) remaining straight on the top of your head so you can put it up easier. then leave a few curls down out of the up-do. Using bobby pins and a loose pony tail for the curls: pin the curls wherever you wish. (using the bobby pins) If you have bangs, make sure that you straighten them with a straightening iron(Revlon works the best). and put them off to the side as seen in the photo. MAKE SURE TO USE HAIR SPRAY!
